The institution's Director Dr. Paul Lihoma says the department planned to have the structure operational by end of this year, but they only managed to identify a land for the facility and still searching for funds to commence actual construction.

Meanwhile, Executive Director of the Lost History Foundation Conleith Serenje has urged authorities to ensure funds are allocated for the facility.
