Phyzix Named Malville Boutique Hotel Brand Ambassador
One of the legendary hip-hop music artists Phyzix has been declared brand ambassador of the Malville Boutique Hotel in Lilongwe, to promote their market and boost the tourism sector.
Phyzix says the deal which was signed on Saturday in Lilongwe and announced today Monday, will run for one year, and he will be involved in promoting its brand, which includes leisure, business, conference, meetings, and events.
The multi-award-winning, best-selling, and hit-making Hip Hop artist says this will be a boost to the hotel which was established in 2019, but the launch was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, which paralyzed many businesses, including those in the hotel and tourism sector.
“As a business that was established at the time the pandemic started, it needs to be promoted to make it in the industry that is recovering from the effects of the pandemic. It is important that Malawi and the rest of the world know about it,” said Phyzix.
The Malville Boutique Hotel is located at the heart of the Capital City, Lilongwe in Area 13.
Born Noel Chikoleka, Phyzix is a Malawian rapper, songwriter, and record producer, born and raised in Lilongwe’s Area 12. He is regarded as one of the most successful artists in Malawi, having established his own record label "It's only Entertainment" in 2008.
He rose to fame with the release of his single "Cholapitsa" in 2006, and the Lone Ranger LP in 2009 which comprised singles "Gamba", "Usodzi", and "Abwana".
