30 year old Margaret Daiman, a mother says they fail to cultivate enough for the family and do not work to fetch for their daily needs as most of their time is spent on providing special care for the children.

"Two of the four girls cannot walk on their own while the other four have different impairments that all need special attention," says Daiman.

Their suffering caught the attention of senior chief Nkoola who posted a video clip of the family on Facebook, and several concerned people promised support.

Nkoola says is happy that individuals and organisations have shown interest to assist the family.

He says: "I am glad that first to visit was minister of gender Patricia Kaliyati who has promised to build a decent house for the family and Hope of the Poor is the first organisation to act with the business capital donated Wednesday afternoon."

Marketing and recruitment officer for Hope of the Poor Sharise Kwisongole- Kapyola says they thought of assisting the family with a long term solution.

"We thought giving them a business would help for a long time than bringing in things that may last for a short while," said Kwisongole- Kapyola.

She says they bought legumes, rice and cooking oil for the family to be selling within their compound while taking care of the children adding that they will be monitoring the business every three months to ensure they are making strides.
