Committees of parliament probing public land allocation by the Malawi government, says there appears to be more rot in the area.
The constitutional court reconvenes this morning when lawyers for the Malawi Electoral Commission are expected to finalise re-examination of MEC witness Sam Alfandika.
The Association of Persons with Albinism in Malawi (APAM) says it wants the commission of inquiry instituted by President Peter Mutharika on albino killings to release a report on people behind the killings.
Lawyers for Dr Lazarus Chakwera say they shall need to cross-examine Bob Chimkango, witness for President Peter Mutharika, as he doesn’t appear, to them, to know much based on his “no” responses during cross-examination by UTM lawyer, Bright Theu.
Lawyer Bob Chimkango will be back in the witness box this morning to continue responding to questions in cross-examination as the constitutional court proceeds hearing substance of the presidential election case.
