Kenya's Independent Electrol and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chairman Wafula Chebukati has on Monday August 15th declared William Samoei Ruto of Kenya Kwanzaa and the United Democratic Alliance (UDA), the duly elected president of the Republic.
