Mother Demands Re-arrest of Suspected Daughter Defiler
A mother in Phalombe is demanding the re-arrest and expedited prosecution of a man who is believed to have defiled and impregnated her 14-year-old daughter.
The teen girl was also infected with HIV allegedly by the man who defiled her.
In July last year, police in the district arrested a 21- year old man, Richard Katola in connection with the issue but was granted bail and is now at large.
