NRB to Deploy Staff to Voter Registration Centers

The National Registration Bureau says it will deploy registration staff to different constituencies where Malawi Electoral Commission is conducting voter registration to register people in the national register following request from Legal Affairs Committee of Parliament.

NRB spokesperson Norman Fulatira told us this will be done before end of the week beginning tomorrow adding the bureau is also paying attention the safety of their staff in view of COVID-19 outbreak and blood sucking rumors in the country.

Chairperson of the Committee Kezzie Msukwa told us they wanted to give chance to people who have just turned registration age and those who did not register in the mass registration exercise to do so.
