Gvt Hails Sugar Company For Creating Jobs

Government has hailed Salima Sugar Company under the Green Belt Authority for creating job opportunities among locals and raising competition on the market.

Minister of Irrigation and Water Development, Charles Mchacha made the remarks today in Salima when he toured Salima Sugar Company and Malawi Mangoes.

It was learnt that the sugar company has created 3500 jobs since its inception in 2016.
