Consultation on ATI Law to Start Soon- Ministry

Government says will soon start consultation of stakeholders on set guidelines in implementation of the Access to Information Law.

Information Minister Mark Bottoman says the Ministry of Justice has finalised formulation of regulations which will be reviewed by stakeholders before the act is implemented.

MISA Malawi Chairperson Teresa Ndanga has since warned government of using such a consultative process to delay further the ATI implementation.
