DPP & UDF Officials Urge Supporters to Desist From Political Violence

Democratic Progressive Party and United Democratic Front officials have urged their supporters in various parts of the country to desist from political violence.

Speaking at Likoma, Minister of Environment, Symon Vuwa Kaunda described political violence as barbaric and political immaturity which retards development.

Minister of Disability Clement Chiwaya also made the same call in Kasungu where he met DPP and UDF leaders.

Recent incidents of attacks against the opposition have been linked to the governing DPP, but it denies involvement.
