Court Gives ZBS Authority to Air Live Mpinganjira's Trial
The High Court in Blantyre has accepted an application by Zodiak radio to cover live trial in a judges’ bribery case involving business magnet Dr. Thomson Mpinganjira.
Meanwhile, according to Anti-Corruption Bureau Director General Reyneck Matemba the court will tomorrow hear oral submissions from parties in the case.
The court earlier ordered the state and Dr. Mpinganjira’s lawyers to make written submissions on whether Dr. Mpinganjira has a case to answer or not.
