Police IG Vows to Enforce COVID19 Preventives Measures

The Inspector-General of Police Dr. George Kainja has vowed that the law enforcers will ensure that people are adhering to stipulated Covid-19 preventive measures.

Kainja spoke last evening during the daily COVID-19 updates by the Presidential Taskforce, where he warned public transport operators that they will not be spared as 15 have already faced the law and fined K75,000 each

The country has since recorded 992 new cases with 76 new recoveries for the past 24 hours.
