Unicef Helps MW to Frame Post Covid-19 Recovery & Preparatory Plan

Unicef Malawi has tipped the Malawi government to put in place mechanisms that will ensure the country quickly recovers from the social-economic effects of Covid-19.

Unicef Country Representative Rudolf Schwenk was speaking at a Covid-19 scientific research meeting in Lilongwe ahead of the release of a national preparedness and recovery plan that Malawi would use in future outbreaks.

Minister of Health, Khumbize Kandodo Chiponda says the plan will help her ministry in future Covid-19 responses.
