Veteran Broadcaster Anania Kasiya Banda Dies
Veteran broadcaster Anania Kasiya Banda has died. Kasiya Banda, who worked for several years at the Malawi Broadcasting Corporation, died at around 2 a.m. today.
He also worked for Zodiak. He was well known for his skill in Chiwewa writing and commentary.
His daughter, Ivy, confirmed to Zodiak about the death, saying it was linked to diabetes.
Burial is scheduled for Chinkhotha Village, Traditional Authority Zulu, in Mchinji tomorrow.
