Muluzi Family Plans To Construct A Cancer Ward

Former Health Minister, Atupele Muluzi, son of the country’s former president has disclosed plans by the Muluzi family to construct a cancer ward at one of the major referral hospitals.

Muluzi said on his Facebook page that the ward will be named the "Anne Muluzi Cancer Ward" dedicated to providing a serene environment and ambiance of graceful comfort and care to cancer patients in honour of the first lady.

The former first lady died last month after a long fight with cancer at a hospital in Kenya.
