Sadala was arrested on Tuesday on allegations of abuse of office in connection to the disposal of TC’s property during his term in office between 2018 and 2019.

In the ruling, Chief Resident Magistrate, Madalitso Chimwaza dismissed fears by the state that the accused could jeopardize investigations if he is freed on bail.
