The Malawi Human Rights Resource Center (MHRRC) has cited fear to provide evidence among witnesses as a challenge that is fueling withdrawal of sexual and gender-based violence cases in the country's courts.

Gawani made the remarkas in Machinga on Wednesday on the sidelines of a presentation of a K237 million Nkhaza Toto phase two project.
