MPICO Registers MK6.6 Billion Profit in 2021

One of the country’s major Real Estate and property managing firms, MPICO has announced it made a profit of 6.6 billion kwacha in 2021, up from 4.6 billion kwacha in 2020.

MPICO board chairperson Edith Jiya said, despite operating in a difficult economic environment, business has been resilient after recording a 5 percent increase in rentals and the current outlook projects continued growth.

She however said continued power outages and Covid-19 continue to exert pressure to the business and operating costs.
