AG Chakaka Working on Concerns of Defunct Shire Bus Lines Ex-Staff

Former staff of the defunct Shire Bus Lines will have to hang on for a while before accessing proceeds of assets which were taken over by National Bus Company as the office of the Attorney General says is working on staff concerns regarding the liquidation process.

Attorney General, Thabo Chakaka Nyirenda, says his office has received a letter from Public Private Partnership Commission indicating that the former staff have a 15 percent stake in the company.

Some of the existing assets of the defunct company include bus depots and houses.
