Mzuni Students Demand Accountability of Funds For Needy Students

Eight months after the Mzuzu University raised K15million from a big walk to support some needy students, the funds are yet to be disbursed and some are likely to miss examinations due to outstanding fees balances.

And this has angered the Mzuzu University Student Representative Council, which is demanding an explanation from the University management on the collected funds.

Mzuni spokesperson Cliff Kawanga says the institution is still in a process of verifying names of the beneficiaries.
