Chakwera Leaves For UNGA

President Lazarus Chakwera is in Kenya on his way to the United States of America for this year’s United Nations General Assembly-UNGA.

He left the country last night having being delayed for some hours as the plane he is using awaited clearance from engineers.

President Chakwera is in Kenya to attend the inauguration ceremony of that country’s president-elect, William Samuoei Ruto.

Meanwhile, Minister of Information Gospel Kazako insists the President’s trip is crucial because it will offer him an opportunity to hold meetings that would benefit the country.
