Malawi National & Unity Peace Commission Ready by December

The Ministry of National Unity and Civic Education says the Malawi National and Unity Peace Commission will be ready by December this year.

The ministry’s principal secretary, Dr. Elizabeth Gomani Chindebvu has told us in Phalombe at a peace exercise meeting, that currently, authorities are popularizing the peace and unity act before the establishment of the commission.

Meanwhile, Senior Chief Nkhulambe hopes the establishment of the commission will be crucial in dealing with rising cases of land related issues which are rampant in the district.
