Ruling on Controversial Sale of Gam Fuels Limited October 3

The Commercial Division of the High Court in Lilongwe has adjourned to 3 October ruling on a case over the controversial sale of Gam Fuels Limited at Kanengo.

In court yesterday, lawyer representing Gam Fuels Limited Jimion Nyanda filed two applications to remove Realsims an interested party, and also to ask Mastes Borehole Drilling Company to produce financial documents vital in the case hearing.

Sherrifs sold Gams Fuel Limited to Realsims at 613 million kwacha in a move which received a backlash from the public including Parliamentary Committee on Trade.
