Natural Disasters' Death Toll Rises to 21

The number of People killed by natural disasters since the onset of the rainy season has risen to 21 from 19 and those injured are now at 59 from 55.

Spokesperson for the Department of Disaster Management Affairs (DoDMA) Chipiliro Khamula has confirmed the development to Zodiak, adding that 31,203 people from 23 districts of the country have been affected.

He said the department has so far reached out to 5,858 households with relief items.
