Election Results Had No Auditors’ Blessings-Alfandika
Malawi Electoral Commission Chief Executive Officer, Sam Alfandika, has admitted in court that he sent election results for approval by commissioners when auditors had not okeyed the results because of observed anomalies.
Alfandika said this when he responded to cross-examination questions from lawyer Marshal Chilenga for UTM President Dr. Saulos Chilima.
The cross examination is still going on in the constitutional court in Lilongwe.
