Japanese Envoy Tips Malawi on Development

Out-going Japanese ambassador to Malawi says there is need for Malawi to focus on developmental initiatives and not politics if it is to register more success stories.

Ambassador Kae Yanagisawa said this in Lilongwe last night at a farewell party she hosted at the end of her term of office in Malawi.

Gender minister, Mary Navicha, in her speech demanded that Malawians reposition on building the economy other than politicking.
