Ex-Lilongwe Mayor Fails to Take Plea
Former Lilongwe City Mayor, Dr. Desmond Bikoko, was in court in Lilongwe this morning for plea on two counts of abuse of office by the Anti-Corruption Bureau but could not do so because the ACB needs more time.
The ACB has first to bring to court a prosecution consent approval from Director of Public Prosecutions.
The matter has since been adjourned to December 18th.
