Stunner on School Drop-outs in Malawi

There are disturbing reports that over 80 thousand children dropped out of school in the 2018-2019 calendar year in the southern region of Malawi alone.

World Vision National Director, Hazel Nyathi, says a study shows that the trend is due to factors such as child marriages.

The organization has stressed on the need for actors to quickly devise interventions that would reverse the situation.
