Mobile Phone Service Operators Under Probe
Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority, Macra, says it is investigating the alleged exorbitant data charges by mobile service operators in the country following a public outcry.
Macra deputy director of consumer affairs, Thokozani Chimbe disclosed this in Blantyre on Thursday during a panel discussion on mobile data experience in Malawi.
