Mzuzu Truck Driver Death Drama
A transporter has been forced to let out two million Kwacha for funeral expenses of an employee after his family dumped his body at the company premises.
The employee of Lunyina Haulage, driver Henry Mhango, died at Mzuzu Central Hospital. But it would appear he did not get support from the company during his ailment.
On Monday afternoon, the family of the deceased and sympathizers brought the body of the truck driver to the company’s premises and left it there.
The company then released resources for the burial ceremony.
