Fall Army Worms Invade Malawi

Fall army worms continue to cause more damage to maize in several districts across country, raising fear of hunger.

A Zodiak Online snap check with agricultural officials in several districts confirmed thousands of hectares have been damaged.

Ministry of agriculture spokesperson, Priscilla Mateyu, acknowledged receipt of the reports but says an assessment is still underway.
