The Civil Society Organisations Nutrition Alliance (CSONA) and Early Childhood Development Coalition (ECDC) are implementing a Citizen Engagement component of the World Bank project dubbed "Investing in Early Years" (IEYP) in Neno district whose aim is to improve coverage and utilisation of development services with focus on Nutrition, Stimulation and Early learning.
