Civo Service United Football Club has released three players over poor performance whilst six others have been transfer-listed.

The Football Association of Malawi says it will decide on whether the Flames have to play strength-testing matches in September after CAF moved next year’s Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast to 2024.

Good Samaritans have come to the rescue of  Chitipa United by paying a 2.5 million Kwacha deficit on duty-fee for a bus that club was failing to clear with the Malawi Revenue Authority.
