Uladi, Kwanjana Sentenced to 5 Years IHL
The High Court in Lilongwe has today sentenced former Minister of Homeland Security Uladi Mussa and former Immigration Official David Kwanjana to 5 years imprisonment with hard labor and another 12 months for neglect of official duties.
Court Grants Mussa and Munthali Bail
Principal Resident Magistrate Viva Nyimba has on Monday granted bail to the former Minister of Information Henry Mussa and Gideon Munthali, who was director at the Ministry of Information, a week after they were remanded to prison.
