Opportunity International Malawi has advised women in the country who are participating in its K460 million Financial Access for Rural Markets Smallholder and Enterprise (FARMSE) Project to support their families economically as a way of ending poverty in the country.

Machinga District Council has commended Action Aid Malawi for its support towards improving rural financial access through empowering Village Savings and Loans (VSL) groups.
