A women’s rights organization in Nsanje district, Kuchene Women Forum, has vowed to fight against acts of Gender Based Violence (GBV) in the district’s flood survivors camps.

Kuchene Women Forum Program has trained 70 sex workers from areas of traditional authorities Mbenje and Malemia in Nsanje district to be savvy of their rights as they ply their trade.

There are prospects of improved yield in disaster prone Nsanje district following a training on modern farming technology targeting young women.
