Newly elected chairperson for Machinga Civil Society Organizations (CSO) Network, Belinda Somanje Chimombo has cited lack of coordination among Machinga district council secretariat, political and local leaders and CSO's as a major contributing factor to the district's poor result in the 2022 Local Authority Performance Assessment (LAPA).
