Protestors to Guard Against Businesses in Today's Mzuzu Demos 

The organisers of today’s peaceful demonstrations in Mzuzu have told police that they will have stewards that will help law enforcers to provide security during the protests, starting from Katoto Secondary School ground to city civic offices where they will present their petition to council authorities.

Thousands turned up for the January 16 nationwide protests in Mzuzu organized by the Human Rights Defenders Coalition HRDC which this time around focused on restoration of Malawi’s destiny through electoral justice and accountability.
