The National Council of Higher Education (NCHE) say the introduction of a public university selection computer-based application will ease the challenges that learners were facing with manual applications.

Education analysts have underscored the need for the government to construct more hostels and learning structures in public universities in order to give chance to many students to access tertiary education.
