UTM has admitted that absence of the Tonse Alliance manifesto in public might be the origin of assertions that all is not rosy in the Alliance government in terms of priority ideologies.

Minister of Local Government and Rural Development Lingson Belekanyama says it will be a grave failure and waste of public resources to ignore projects that are expected to transform lives of citizens once completed.
