NEEF Exploring Legal Means of Recovering Loans From Defaulters

National Economic Empowerment Fund chief executive officer, Humphrey Mdyetseni, says the fund is exploring legal means of recovering loans from defaulters.

Mdyetseni has acknowledged that the Fund is failing to make progress using debt collectors and he says legal entities are the ones mandate to carry such an exercise.

In the meantime, Mdyetseni says 110 thousand Malawians have benefited from 37 billion Kwacha disbursed since inspection of operations of the Fund.
