Five Arrested Over Polytechnic Robberies  

The Police in Limbe have arrested five suspected criminals in connection with robberies at the Polytechnic Chichiri hostels. 

Limbe police Public Relations Officer Inspector Patrick Mussa, said the suspects were arrested in Bangwe and Makhetha townships.

The robberies sparked student protests last week which ended up in a fire that destroyed one hostel at The Polytechnic.
