Mthunzi Funeral Services General Manager Onismas Karakadzai, says now costumers will have convenient access for all funeral services which include coffins and caskets, body removal, body storage, embalming, tents, hearses, etc on Alonda App (application). 

He says the App will provide an additional easy-to-use customer channel to help customers during difficult times. 

He says; “The Alonda App offers various communication features, including alerts for call-backs, live chat functionality with the client servicing team, and the ability to make calls within the app. These features provide customers with seamless and convenient means of communication, ensuring a smoother funeral planning process.”
