Smart Deliveries Enhances Technology in Promoting Courier Services

A Courier Company, Smart Deliveries says it remains steadfast to responding to increasing demand for modern courier solutions.

Speaking during the opening of a new courier service point in the commercial hub of Limbe, the company’s Managing Director, Dennis Bvalani said being a technology driven company, they are working to enhance parcel delivery through upgraded digital systems.

“We are modernizing courier services so that people don’t need to guess where their parcels are or when they will arrive, technology allows us to give them clarity at every stage,” said Bvalani.

He added that as part of these improvements, Smart Deliveries has enhanced its MzaDigito tracking system thereby introducing better parcel visibility, stronger security features and quicker customer notifications.

“Our aim is to bring services closer to customers while improving transparency and convenience.

“We are modernizing courier services so customers don’t have to guess where their parcels are or when they will arrive. Technology allows us to give them clarity at every stage,” he said.

The company said the new service point will ease parcel drop offs and collections for small businesses, traders and commuters who rely on timely delivery services.

Limbe is one of the busiest commercial corridors in the southern region, making it a strategic location for improving access to affordable and technology supported courier solutions.

The new Limbe service point becomes the company's fourth nationwide, joining its existing locations in Blantyre CBD, Lilongwe and Mzuzu.
