Three of the commissioners, including Dr. Godfrey Chapola who is chairperson, Lawry Mbulo and Gift Chimowa have been maintained in the commission.

The other commissioners include Mirriam Jekapu and Traditional Authority Chizuma of Kasungu.

Secretaries for Agriculture, Trade and Industry, Treasury and the Comptroller of Statutory Corporations are ex-officio members.
