AG Files Application Challenging Lockdown Injunction

Attorney General Kalekeni Kaphale has filed an application in court challenging a court injunction that set aside a planned 21-day national lockdown in the wake of the Covid-19.

Mr. Kaphale says they want a court to withdraw the injunction in totality before the Inter-partes hearing this Friday.

But registrar of the high court and Supreme Court of appeal Agnes Patemba says the matter will be considered during the inter-parte hearing.
