CTS Courier service has announced a first on the market trend to provide 24-hour services in its branches dotted across the country.
The couriers’ Managing Director Jacqueline Bokosi said this after opening a new branch in Chikanda area in Zomba on Thursday, one which she said has been opened to meet the growing demand in the old capital and from UNIMA students.
She said: "we understand the importance of time for UNIMA students, and we want to make our services as accessible as possible. By opening this branch near the university, students can quickly send or collect parcels without having to travel to our main branch in town."
The development excited first customers who patronised the shop for the first time.
Bokosi added that CTS has taken this step to enhance customer experience, cater to a wider clientele and alleviate the long queues that customers previously encountered.
“Customers can now visit CTS Courier at any time to send or collect their parcels with more branches set to launch in locations such as Chilomoni in Blantyre.”
The courier plans to expand services closer to locations to reduce the costs incurred when sending and receiving parcels, says Bokosi, with another branch in Chilomoni township in Blantyre set to open on December 15.
