Lucheza Police have arrested a man for allegedly having sexual intercourse with a 14 year-old step-daughter.

The station spokesperson, Douglas Museu suspect comes from Katoloma Village in the area of Traditional Authority Mphuka in Thyolo District.

According to Museu, the suspect has been having intercourse with the girl since February this year and was recently caught red-handed by the girl's mother who reported the matter.

The medical examination has revealed that the girl was carnally known.

The suspect will be taken to court soon to answer the charge after the police investigations.
