NICO Technologies has launched "NICO TechAssist," a product designed to streamline the operational needs of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malawi.
Speaking at a press briefing in Blantyre on Monday, NICO Technologies Chief Executive Officer Clarence Gama, said that the launch underscores the company's dedication to empowering Malawian businesses.
"Our goal is to ensure that all businesses, regardless of size, have access to the tools they need to thrive in today's fast-changing technological landscape," Gama said.
He explained that NICO TechAssist will provide a comprehensive suite of IT services, ranging from network setup and cybersecurity to data management and 24/7 technical support. The product is specifically targeted at businesses that lack the resources for an in-house IT team but still require dependable, high-quality IT solutions to stay competitive.
"We recognize that many SMEs face significant challenges when it comes to IT infrastructure. NICO TechAssist is here to bridge that gap, allowing them to focus on their core business while we handle their technology needs," Gama added.
