Attorney General Thabo Chakaka Nyirenda says he will move the Supreme Court of Appeal to seek an interpretation on the ruling by the Constitution Court in Lilongwe, which has barred legislators from taking part in the management of Constituency Development Funds (CDF) and water development funds.
